DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
STANDARD SHIPMENT
We endeavour to get all orders processed and dispatched within 3-4 working days. We would suggest that the customer wait up to 28 working days for delivery as delivery times can vary from country to country.
We ship to all countries and within Ireland. Taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
Order Cancellation
Once ordered, a shipment may not be cancelled after 24 hours. You may however return it back without opening after the delivery. The product price shall be refunded once the product reaches us.
Return Policy
The products conform to the highest quality standards. But in case you are not happy with the product, you may return the unused product within 28 days from the date of delivery. The returned items must conform the following conditions, failing which the product will not be accepted back:
It must be unused and in its original packaging
The Certificate of Authentication should be present in proper condition.
The product must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery receipt.
We will provide a refund via PayPal.
